What to say to the disbeliever if he sneezes and praises Allah

ما يقال للكافر إذا عطس فحمد الله

    يَهْدِيكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُمْ

    Transliteration: Yahdeekum wayuslihu balakum.

    Translation: May Allah guide you and rectify your condition.
