يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ
For His Mercy He specially chooseth whom He pleaseth; for Allah is the Lord of bounties unbounded.
