8:22	إِنَّ شَرَّ الدَّوَابِّ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ الصُّمُّ الْبُكْمُ الَّذِينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ
8:22	For the worst of beasts in the sight of Allah are the deaf and the dumb,- those who understand not.
